Well that's it really, they can't go beyond this and know the next level of success in their life, these folk, because a fear is holding them back.
If I make a mistake I will fail and failure is bad.
This fear grinds them down internally. Huge energy sources are used to keep this fear from surfacing. Small and meticulous progress is made toward a goal to ensure if a mistake does happen it isn't too disastrous. These people play small in their life though you wouldn't know it. They almost don't know it themselves because really much is going pretty well for them.
